Daily Stand-up

The daily stand-up has been suspended for now.

Monthly Sync

Monthly sync meetings offer the chance to gain a broad understanding of your current successes, difficulties, and short- and medium-term ambitions.

These meetings occur on the first week of every month.

Individual Feedback

Every team member reports to a particular lead in their team:

• An team lead receives reports from software engineers.
• A Lead Product Manager is responsible for overseeing designers, project managers, and product managers.

Monthly 1-on-1

Monthly 1-on-1 meetings provide a chance to discuss progress toward goals and the development of new skills while also reviewing achievements and setbacks.

During these meetings, coworkers are also encouraged to share their favorable or negative opinions on the business. The team's objective is to maintain a steady two-way line of communication.

End of Quarters
