We operate within multiple project types. Depending on the project type, the organization will vary widely, especially stakeholder management. Minnek has a partnership with an external company Your Store Wizards, many of the projects come from this partnership.

Maintenances

Usually, this type of project contains small tasks.

Migrations

This type of project comes with a contract and contains a fixed budget for the project time tracking.

Internal
