Experience and Technical Knowledge

• I have 2 to 4 years of experience.
• I have knowledge of various programming languages and technologies.
• It is expected that I know and/or have experience with a complete development stack.
• I have the ability to perform assigned tasks independently.
• I can mentor Junior Level developers on a team.
• I can set up a development environment on my own.
• I have acceptable skills for debugging code.
• I have knowledge or at least awareness of industry best practices and a tendency to use them.
• I can write programming code independently, provided that the business case is first analyzed and explained in terms of the necessary software development.
• I have reasonable skills for estimating the complexity and time of tasks assigned to me and/or projects I work on.
