Our approach is succinct yet robust, focused on tangible benchmarks relevant to our domain. The application process unfolds systematically in the following sequence for each prospective candidate:

Submission

Screening

As we delve into the vast sea of applications, our experienced team of evaluators conducts an initial screening. This phase involves assessing qualifications, skills, and alignment with our mission and values. Only those who meet our essential criteria progress further, setting sail towards the next destination.

First Interview

Selected candidates embark on their first interview, where they have the opportunity to narrate their professional tales, aspirations, and insights. This encounter is a vital compass point, helping us gauge the depth of their knowledge and their potential as future crew members.

Challenge

After the first interview, candidates face the challenge phase, akin to traversing turbulent waters. This stage may involve practical tasks, simulations, or complex problem-solving exercises. TIP

The challenge allows the team to assess “real world” skills that interviews cannot deliver. It is also a chance for the applicant to collaborate with their members, and thus experience how they actually work. The submissions will never be used for commercial purposes.

In the hiring process, the team prefers to be cautious. The root principle is that it is better to reject someone by mistake than hire someone by mistake since a wrong hire is more disruptive.
