To harness the benefits of both alternatives, our team has adopted a hybrid-remote work model.

All members of the Minnek team now have the choice to either work in a synchronized-hybrid mode, which involves working from home for two days a week (specifically on Thursday, and Friday), or opt for remote work from any location.

When it comes to office design, our primary objective is to establish a space conducive to peak performance for our team members. Here's a glimpse of what you'll find in our offices:
