Hybrid-Remote Working

In response to the COVID epidemic that began in 2020, we have developed a new method of operation based on the following pillars:

• We put the safety and well-being of our teammates first.
• What benefits both the business as a whole and our staff as a whole.
• Enabling each team member to work in a pleasant environment.

The office has evolved beyond a simple workspace. Space, technology, ergonomics, internet, social contacts, family, and other factors are all balanced out by it. We have now established Minnek's Hybrid-Remote Way of Working in light of this.
